Gildan Sweatpants: We have these sweatpants available in Black, Grey and Navy
Jerzees Sweatpants run larger than Gildan sweatpants. This is the only brand that has white sweatpants available. They do seem to shrink after a wash and dry. Therefore please order true to size on these if ordering white sweatpants. We use Jerzees for our Color Block sweatpants too. If other brands are not available we have these in stock as well.

LoveKess Clothing does not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. LoveKess Clothing does not offer exchanges of any kind. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. All LoveKess Clothing items are handmade to order and are FINAL SALE.
Please contact us at Lovekessclothing@gmail.com within 7 days if there is an issue or defect with an item you have received. Please provide pictures and a detailed description of what is wrong with the product. We will work with you to fix the problem.
This does not apply to size issues when placing an order. Please refer to our size guide or contact us with any questions regarding size of the product before placing an order. We will do our best to help you with the correct size. IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST, NO EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Order are processed in the order that they arrive. Since all of our items are custom made - orders can take up to three weeks to be made and shipped. However, if the orders items are in stock, the orders should expect to be shipped within 3-7 days!
During the height of our busy season, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping could take up to 4-5 weeks. If this does occur, we will have this posted on our website. Please order accordingly.
If there will be a significant delay of any item within your order, we will contact you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in the order.
Due to worldwide disruptions this past year due to Covid, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and delivery of items. Many items are out of stock and we have the right to replace a brand with a similar item.

Although LoveKess Clothing does offer two-day express shipping - this does not mean the order will be processed and shipped immediately. All orders are processed in the same way. This only means the order will take 2 days to ship once completed - not processed, made to order and shipped immediately.
If you do need a rush order - please reach out to us at lovekessclothing.com to see if items are in stock and that we are able to turn around the item ASAP. During the height of our peak season, an additional RUSH FEE will apply to all rush orders not including the rush shipping fee.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
BLANKETS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM OUR PRINTER. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR BLANKETS BUT WE WILL CHECK YOUR ORDER TO LET YOU KNOW STATUS.
